Because it is infeasible to let the tapes be used by individual students
(there are no backups), and because the expense of playback to a viewing
room is substantial, the only likely way would be to find enough other
students to justify the expense, including a TA to grade the course and
help generally. If you could find five, I could make a case for it to
the department. Is the commencement really worth the trouble?
